Customer Service Mitarbeiterin (m/w/d) Kundenservicemitarbeiterin (m/w/d)

Ihre Aufgaben:

· Sachbearbeitung im Customer Service
· Bearbeitung und Pflege von Kundenaufträgen per Telefon, E-Mail oder Microsoft Teams Chat
· Auskunft über Produkte, Preise oder Rechnungsanfragen
· Dokumentation und Pflege der Auftragsdaten innerhalb des internen ERP-Systems
· Weiterleitung der Aufträge an das Lager
· Angebotserstellung für Produktanfragen
· Versand von Mustersendungen
· Reklamations- sowie Beschwerdemanagement
· Messebesuche und Betreuung des Unternehmenseigenen Messestandes

Ihr Profil:

· Abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum Außenhandelskaufmann/-frau oder ähnliche kaufmännische Ausbildung oder wirtschaftswissenschaftliches Studium
· gute Microsoft Office Kenntnisse
· fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
· gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit und Kundenorientiertes freundliches Auftreten
· hohes Maß an Motivation, Teamfähigkeit und Zuverlässigkeit
