Operated cavity scope

  • 1, 2, 4, 12, 16, 32, 36 
  • 16, 32 and 64 cavities are ideal for tip configurations, 96-well or 384-well plate configuration with direct injection points on the tubes.
  • Planned is a novel automation assembly system for 1536-well tip assembly


Fully robotized units

  • 15 robotic stations for stacking, picking and placing, filter insertion along with various vibration feeders.
  • Robotic moulding, incl. robots for spin columns with and without lid, full assembly with glass fibre, PFDV, PE and nylon.
  • Automated clean room production facility, which ensures there is no human contact during production Liquid Handling Consumables free from DNAse, RNAse, Pyrogen and ATP
