Is there a minimum order quantity?
Comprehensive efforts are put into creating customized products and thorough attention is given to every small detail, enabling a flawless product. Hence, we do request that you commit to a minimum order quantity that we can deliver within an agreed time-frame.
Are OEM products accompanied by warranty?
For customization on existing products, all the products will carry the standard warranty that is applicable on the existing products.
Can the customized product have my company name and logo?
In addition to numerous customization options that we provide, we can also manufacture the products with your branding, including logo, color, shape and company name.
What about confidentiality?
As a company with significant intellectual property, we understand the importance of confidentiality and expect the same from our OEM partners. We do execute a confidentiality/ non-disclosure agreement with our OEM partners, please do ask.
