Our state-of-the-art facilities are a testament to our commitment to innovation and precision. Spanning a total land area of 25,000 square meters, with 10,000 square meters already constructed, we have the capacity for further expansion with an additional 25,000 square meters of adjoining land. Our production area covers 2,900 square meters (including injection molding).
Ensuring the highest standards of quality, our clean room facilities are designed for Class 9 (1,950 square meters) and Class 8 (950 square meters) standards, with the possibility of accommodating a Class 6 injection molding machine. We also offer ample storage space, with a total of 5,000 square meters (including sales stock).

Advanced Manufacturing Processes
At AHN Biotechnologie GmbH, we have invested in state-of-the-art machinery and cutting-edge automation technologies to achieve the highest production standards. Our 300-square-meter tool room and technical department, equipped with facilities for drilling, milling, welding, polishing, and programming, enable us to deliver exceptional quality and precision.
Our production capabilities include 18 fully electric machines (100–160 tonnes), one hybrid machine (300 tonnes), and six medical-grade machines (100 tonnes), one of which features a laminar airflow box. These resources allow us to ensure maximum efficiency and accuracy throughout our manufacturing processes.
With robotic molding stations, a clean room production facility, and automated assembly systems, we guarantee a contamination-free environment. Furthermore, our advanced capabilities include plasma surface treatment, 100% visual control using camera systems, and automated weighing and sealing equipment for bulk packaging, ensuring the highest standards of quality and consistency.
