Spanning a total land area of 25,000 square meters, with 10,000 square meters already constructed, we have the capacity for further expansion with an additional 25,000 square meters of adjoining land. Our production area covers 2,900 square meters (including injection molding).

Ensuring the highest standards of quality, our clean room facilities are designed for Class 9 (1,950 square meters) and Class 8 (950 square meters) standards, with the possibility of accommodating a Class 6 injection molding machine. We also offer ample storage space, with a total of 5,000 square meters (including sales stock).

With over 20 years of experience in OEM production and assembly of high-grade plastic and disposable lab products, our offerings include tips, filter tips, tubes, cryo vials, spin columns, housings, pipette parts, and pipettes. With 18 fully electrical machines of 100 – 160 tonnes, 1 hybrid machine of 300 tonnes, and 6 medical grade machines of 100 tonnes (1 with laminar airflow box), we ensure ultimate efficiency and precision in our processes.

Our robotic molding stations, clean room production facility, and automated assembly systems guarantee a contamination-free environment. Additionally, we offer plasma treatment for surface coating, camera systems for 100% visual control, and automatic weighing and sealing equipment for bulk packaging.

As a global producer of white-label goods, our OEM solutions for leading brands account for 60% of our turnover. We have an impressive track record of successful projects, ranging from pipette tip production to fully automated assembly of mini spin columns with multiple filters and layers.
